Are you using a Creative Zen V Plus?
My understanding from reading other posts, the only way to put video onto the Zen V Plus is to use ffmpeg and the terminal.
This topic is about the creative "ZEN" but like i said, if you want to put video on you Creative "ZEN V PLUS" you need to download and install
-Divx codec
-MPEG Streamcilp
-XNJB
isntall the codec, then run MPEG Streamclip, import the video file you want to convert for your "ZEN V PLUS" on MPEG Streamclip. Press file, Export to AVI, use the settings I mentioned. Remember to CHANGE the resolution to 128 x 128 then press ok to convert the video. then using XNJB connect you mp3 player, go to the data tab, on the botton half select the video that you just converted, now on the top half select the folder in which you want the video to be placed, upload the video to your player using the up arrow, disconnect your player and see if the video that you just uploaded works.
Again I hope that this helps.
ps: sorry for sounding soo technical.
