Can't find any brothers or sisters in LDS
Note that Isobel calls her 'Forfar Granny'
Pop said that her cousin married Lord Low (?) of Fife.
Ma Low said she was from the Hays of Seggieden.
I found this on http://www.pkc.gov.uk/herbarium/Buchanan/Buchwhite.html:
Colonel Henry Maurice Drummond-Hay (1814-1896) One of the most famous members of the PSNS. His main interest was in birds, and he was one of the founder members of the British Ornithologist’s Union. He was also a good botanist, and collected many specimens for the Perthshire Herbarium. Drummond-Hay lived at Seggieden east of Perth. Many of his Perthshire specimens were collected in the Sidlaws and the Carse of Gowrie near to Seggieden.
